About Nexcod POS
Pharmacy billing and stock software, made in India for medical stores and chemists. It started at one pharmacy counter and is now used by shops across 24 states and union territories.
It runs in the browser, as an Android app and as a Windows app that keeps billing when the internet does not, all on the same account.

Written first for one pharmacy
Krishav Kumar Barman, CEO and founder of Nexcod POS, wrote the first version for his father, Kajal Kumar Barman, so that billing at their medical store would be faster and more reliable.
It worked, and it showed a wider problem: the billing software a local shop could buy was too expensive, too complicated, or not made for the way a medical store runs. So it was rebuilt from the ground up as the cloud software shops use today.
Quick at the counter, right on paper
A bill has to be made in seconds with a queue at the counter, and it has to be right when the accountant or an inspector reads it later. Batch, expiry, Schedule H and the GST split are part of making the bill, not paperwork afterwards.
The price stays within reach of a small shop, with a free trial to try it first and nothing that renews on its own.

Billing and GST
GST invoices with HSN codes and the CGST, SGST or IGST split, a Bill of Supply for composition and unregistered shops, several bill designs, and print or share straight from the counter.
Stock, batches and expiry
Every batch keeps its own MRP, expiry and purchase rate. Low-stock and near-expiry lists, product codes and bulk edits.
Purchase entry
Type a purchase in, or upload the supplier's bill as a PDF or photo and check each line before it is saved.
Stores and staff
Several shops under one account, and a login for each member of staff that opens only the sections you allow.
Reports
Sales, HSN-wise GST, stock and profit reports on screen, or downloaded for your accountant.
Where the data is kept
On our servers, not on the shop computer, so it is there from any device. Logins and changes are kept in an activity log.
