This policy is issued by Nexcod Research & Development (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62011BR2026OPC088989), which owns and operates Nexcod POS. It explains how what you buy from us is delivered, and who is responsible for orders placed in an online store run on Nexcod POS.
1. Plans and software: delivered online
- Nexcod POS is software used over the internet. Nothing physical is shipped and no shipping charge is ever made.
- A paid plan or add-on is switched on in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. The tax invoice is available in the software and is sent by e-mail.
- The Android and Windows apps are downloaded from nexcodpos.in or the app store and are signed in with the same account.
- If a plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to us with the payment ID and we will switch it on or refund it as our Refund and Cancellation Policy says.
2. Orders in a shop's online store (e-shop)
- A pharmacy or store using Nexcod POS may run its own online store on the software. Medicines and goods ordered there are sold, packed and delivered by that store, which is the seller, not by Nexcod Research & Development (OPC) Private Limited.
- Delivery areas, charges, times, cash on delivery and pickup are set by the store and shown before the order is placed. The store's own shipping and returns page applies.
- Prescription medicines are dispatched only after the store has checked a valid prescription, as the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and its rules require.
- For a late, missing or damaged order, contact the store first. If it is not resolved, write to our Grievance Officer and we will take it up with the store.
