2. How to raise a complaint
- Write to support@nexcodpos.in with the subject "Grievance", your name, your registered mobile number or e-mail, the shop name if any, and what went wrong, with any bill number, payment ID or screenshot.
- Requests about your personal data (access, correction, erasure, withdrawing consent, nominating someone) are handled the same way, as our Privacy Policy explains.
- We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt, and tell you the outcome in writing.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome on a personal data matter, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is in operation.
